Event Description
Imagine, invent & innovate with fun and challenging hands-on activities.
This month's STEAM Club Special, we are joined by Eco Action. We will introduce participants to microorganisms, including viruses, bacteria (good and bad), moulds, and yeasts, as well as tiny creatures like mites and zooplankton. Attendees will also observe and learn about cells. Hands-on activities will be included, such as drawing observations, and colouring sheets will be available for younger participants.
STEAM Club gives kids the chance to get creative and test out their inventiveness while engaging with other children in the community. STEAM encompasses science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics and our sessions will cover each of these areas throughout the year with opportunities to cook, create, invent and compete.

Parents or carers must remain in the library during the event and are encouraged to join with their children to learn and make discoveries together.
Photos may be taken at this event. Please see the staff member running the session if you would like to be exempt. Please do not take photographs of other families or children without their permission.
