Poetry for PRIDE with Scott-Patrick Mitchell

Scott-Patrick Mitchell is a queer non-binary poet living in Boorloo, Perth. They are the author of Clean, a poetry collection that details their lived experience with addiction and recovery. Clean (Upswell Publishing, 2022) was shortlisted for The Prime Minister’s Literary Awards, The WA Premier’s Book Awards and The Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards.
Scott-Patrick was the recipient of the 2022 Red Room Poetry Fellowship and the 2023 XYZ Prize for Innovation in Spoken Word.
Scott-Patrick will be in conversation with Alan Fyfe, the author of a novel and a poetry collection.
