In need of support and don't know where to start?
Let us help you find the door.
This interactive workshop will help community members to understand the range of free and low cost supports available in your local community including mental health, family and domestic violence, financial counselling and other supports.
We’ll talk about eligibility, as many people are surprised what they are eligible for, the importance of reaching out early for support and different options for support including face-to-face, phone support, online support and resources.
