Event Description

These workshops will get you thinking like a writer and introduce you to the main elements of writing fiction with exercises designed to focus your attention on craft and to fire up your imagination.
Join award winning author, Amanda Curtin to help get you started on your writing journey.
Amanda is the recipient of the Western Australian Writer’s Fellowship at the WA Premier’s Book Awards.
She is a Lecturer in Creative Writing at ECU and has worked in publishing for more than 30 years as a freelance book editor.
Amanda Curtin is the author of two novels, Elemental and The Sinkings and most recently a work of narrative non-fiction, Kathleen O’Connor of Paris.
Please note: This is the first of two workshops so when you book into one you boo into both.
